Goodbye Fifthgrade

I have had an amazing Fifthgrade it’s been a real thriller! Mrs.Brantley has a fun way of teaching things very creative. Mrs.Lobue has very cool projects and activities. Mrs.Ummel has fun games to play and a lot of free time. Mr.McBride teaches his subject by sight and amusement. Mrs. McFall has fun blog posts simaliar to this one. I just wanted to say goodbye before I go to Middle School. It has been an amazing year I wish I could stay but I wouldn’t recommend going and failing the STAAR test just to stay. Goodbye Fifthgrade!

Thing 1 and Thing 2

That night it was around 11:00 p.m. , and my little brother and I were spending the night at my Nana’s house. A couple minutes later I woke up with baggy eyes, tangled hair, and my body was feeling droopy. It was pitch black. I went over to the TV to give me some light and so I could watch TV until I went to sleep. I couldn’t go to sleep. The TV was just making me more up and awake. I went to check on my Nana and my little brother. They were both asleep, but the TV was still on. I guess my little brother was watching Spongebob! I went back to the air mattress in the living room, and I heard the sensor beeping and moments later I heard knocking on the door. I opened the blinds to look outside and there were two men dressed in black. I ran to my Nana’s room to wake her up and tell her what happened. It turned out it was my dad in his cop uniform and his friend Mario. I was so relieved it was my Dad!!!
